ORDERING

What are the payment options?

Credit Card please, we accept Visa, Matercard and Debit Cards

 

I cannot sign for my parcel, what options do I have?

On placing your order can you please state where you would like the parcel to be left.  We will pass these instructions onto your Courier for you.

‘My package can be left at the front door or in the letter box.”

 

I can’t see the product I am after, can you help?

Please email or phone us.

 

Delivery

How much is delivery?

This will be calculated automatically according the size of order and your shipping address.

 

How long does delivery take?

Dependent on your delivery address, for the Auckland area this will be next day and the rest of the country can be two to three days. For rural delivery, it may take 3-5 working days.

 

What days does the courier deliver?

The working hours at the moment are: Mon-Thur 10am-4pm, the local courier will pick parcels up from our office at 3.00pm Mon-Thur.

 

Can I have an order delivered to another address than my home?

Yes, if the address is supplied.

 

Returns and Refunds

My product is damaged or faulty, what should I do?

Contact us immediately and we shall replace or refund the damaged/ faulty product.

 

What is your refunds policy?

If you are unhappy with a product that you have received, we will refund this directly once we have received the returned product.
